***BOOKING CUT OFF 12PM FOR THE DAY BEFORE ATTENDANCE*** To make a booking for tomorrow please book before 12pm the day before attending. No booking will be accepted after 12pm for the following day. This is to allow for administration time to create 'Social Bubbles' and activity lesson planning. We are an Ofsted recognised childcare setting, however this is and will continue to be based on the latest government guidance. In the event of the Holiday Club being advised to close by government advice or by Public Health England due to the Coronavirus, a full refund will be given for the days that we are closed or held over to an alternative date of your choice. We are as always committed to ensuring the safety of your children and staff, especially during this difficult period. In order to do this we must make some changes to our normal operating procedures. To follow guidance with government guidelines surrounding Covid-19 secure provisions, we will be operating a new bespoke fixed timetable covering activities such as gymnastics, trampolining, free running, games and class room learning. To reduce the number of people in the facility, parents will NOT be permitted to enter (please bear this in mind if your child may have difficulties in settling in), this includes the waiting room. Children will be signed in and out of the building by staff. Children will enter the building at the rear (loading bay) and will only enter following a successful temperature check. They will leave the building via the front door and handed over to a nominated person for collection. Thank you for your cooperation and FULL policies and risk assessments are available. Pick & Mix (GateWay to FMA) is our jam packed Ofsted registered (EY562072) holiday activity camp designed for children aged 4-12 to experience gymnastics, trampolining, games and free running in a state of the art purpose built facility.
